  • Payment Methods: We accept local payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfers (ABA / local banking), as agreed upon during phone confirmation.

  • Delivery: We deliver across Phnom Penh and all provinces in Cambodia via local express delivery partners.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be shared during your order confirmation call. Times may vary depending on location and local traffic or environmental conditions.

  • Acceptance: You or an authorized person must be available to receive the delivery at the provided phone number and address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Defective Items

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect bag, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof so we can arrange an exchange or resolution.
